Create baseCS

Used to place a baseCS CoordinateSystem node which is a mandatory node type. The baseCS is placed at the origin of the model (0,0,0).

Design Model	The current Design model is used to create a base coordinate system.
<New>	Opens Create DGN Model dialog where you can enter the name of the new DGN Model and proceed.
